This program consists of a series of real and imaginary obstacles designed to challenge groups and individuals to work together to accomplish a task. Communication, trust, self confidence and learning to define goals are the cornerstones of this program. Components of the ANC Team Building Program include:

• Cooperative games, socialization, ice-breakers | These fun activities are designed to reduce inhibitions and break down barriers.
• Group initiatives | Problems involving real and imaginary obstacles will challenge a group to pool their resources and work together to find solutions. Success is achieved only when all members have contributed to the outcome.
• Trust-building games | These activities are designed to provide members the opportunity to demonstrate their trust in the other members of the group through a series of sequenced actions.
• Low ropes course | Tests of physical strength, agility and balance invite participants to confront such emotional issues as the fear of falling, fear of failure and the fear of losing control.
